Apex Legends is an online multiplayer battle royale game featuring squads of three players using pre-made characters (called "Legends"), similar to those of hero shooters. So Battle Royale game genre is still going strong. It takes a lot to be one of the best battle royale game out there. Apex legends has been doing pretty great since its launch Feb 4, 2019. The game was released on the three main platforms including PC, Xbox and Playstation. 

Its been 2 years since Apex Legends was released and the game has been going strong ever since. Even after two years the peak players reach about 217,000 every 24 hours. Those numbers get pretty high whenever there is an update or on weekends. 

Why is Apex legends still this good after 2 years? 

Well, since the game's release the fanbase has been pretty loyal to the game and the Legends in the game are the game's best way to communicate with the players. There have been new legends coming out every season. The legends and the movement system are the most loved and fun parts of the Apex legend game as-well as the community. There have been a lot of fan arts and community posts about the legends. 

New content and Events:

Apex releases new legend specific content every season. There's a lot of skins and event collection items with a new game mode with every new event. Alot of players return to Apex whenever there is a new Event. Event are really fun because they change the game in a number of ways. The latest caustic event really shows how much the game can change with just some new gameplay element.

Apex Legends has been really great to the players that love playing the game, The anniversary event gave a lot of items to season 1 veteran players which is such a chad move on respawns part. 

Again, Apex legends is a really great game to play with friends and make new ones! The new update also brought new players from Nintendo Switch. Also it is Crossplatform so you can even play it with your Nintendo switch gamers friends or get sniped by someone sitting on their toilet which is very Exhilarating. 

TLDR(I mean this is not a reddit post...c'mon): Apex Legends is the best Crossplatform game out right now and you should definitely try it if you haven't.
